Appellant was found guilty by a jury of fleeing from a law enforcement vehicle, A.R.S. § 28-622.01, and was fined $560 and placed on probation for one year. He challenges the sufficiency of the evidence, the adequacy of the jury instructions, the admission of evidence of another bad act, and contends the statute is unconstitutionally vague.
