Following plea negotiations, defendant, Paul Clem, pleaded guilty to a charge of burglary. Under the terms of the negotiated plea he was then sentenced to three years' probation, the first year to be served at a work-release center, with no credit for time served, and defendant was to pay the court costs of $70.
