In October, 1956, John Day Jackson, as owner and publisher of the New Haven Register and the New Haven Journal-Courier, established the Register Publishing Company, a corporation, to carry on his newspaper publishing business. In November of that year, Jackson set up the John Day Jackson trust, which trust is the subject of this appeal.
