This is an action brought by the plaintiffs in the Superior Court to recover damages for injuries they suffered when some debris fell upon them while they were standing in front of a building owned by the defendant. The defendant's motions for directed verdicts, made at the close of the plaintiffs' case and at the close of all the evidence, were denied.
