Joseph R. Maggitti (appellee), a branch manager of Vimco Concrete Accessories, Inc. (appellant1), voluntarily resigned on August 8, 1975, after more than 10 years employment. He had been a member of a company sponsored profit sharing and trust plan since its inception effective January 31, 1966.
