Appellant, Leonard Glenn Roberts, was discharged from his employment as recreation administrator for the City of Tucson. The Civil Service Commission of the city upheld the termination. Appellant sought relief by special action in the superior court, but that court denied relief. The Court of Appeals, Division Two, affirmed the decision of the superior court.
