The Administrator of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission filed a two-count complaint against attorney John Joseph Turner, charging him with conduct which tends to bring the legal profession into disrepute. Turner was admitted to the bar in 1955. The first count alleged that Turner commingled and converted funds he received on behalf of three clients for the settlement...
