HODGES, Chief Justice.

The Colorado Dealer Licensing Board denied appellant's application for a motor vehicle salesman's license. The trial court upheld the denial. We affirm.

The licensing board conducted a hearing on the application. Evidence was introduced establishing that the appellant had been convicted in federal district court of conspiracy to transport and sell stolen motor vehicles in interstate commerce and of three counts of selling stolen vehicles...
