OPINION*

PER CURIAM.

Robert Lyle was arrested at 3:30 a.m. on February 16, 1976, after running to stop sign and a red light. Because of his appearance, an alcoholic odor on his breath, and his conduct, he was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. After being frisked, he was transported to the police station where he was given videotaped sobriety tests and a breathalyzer test...
