Anthony Cacace was convicted on a one-count indictment of conspiracy to distribute cocaine hydrochloride in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. On direct appeal he asserted that an affidavit of application securing wiretap authorization did not comply with 18 U.S.C. § 2518(1)(c). This court found compliance and affirmed the conviction.
