Plaintiff Elizabeth Weeks sued to recover for personal injuries resulting from a chain-reaction collision when the car in which she was a passenger (herein called plaintiff's car) was rear-ended by a car driven by third party defendant Constance Zarbock, which itself had been rear-ended by defendant Cerola D.
