The United States Supreme Court granted the Government's petition for a writ of certiorari in Santora's case, whose appeal we had consolidated with the appeals of Rardin, Lickteig, Sohn, Upton, Cohn, Evans, and Moore. The Supreme Court vacated our opinion and remanded the case to us for reconsideration in the light of Dalia v. United States (1979) ___ U.S. ___, 99 S.Ct. 1682, 60 L.Ed.2d 177.
