This is an antitrust action which is alleged to have arisen under Section 1 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1. The trial court decided the case after a pretrial conference and after hearing evidence on a limited aspect of the case, namely, whether or not there was sufficient impact on interstate commerce to justify the assumption of jurisdiction on its part.
