Defendant Charles Harris appeals to this court from an order of the Circuit Court of Will County assessing costs in the sum of $240 in a proceeding under section 410 of the Illinois Controlled Substances Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 56 1/2, par. 1410).
