Terry Keno was office manager for the Atlanta, Georgia, warehouse of Alside, Inc., a subsidiary of United States Steel Corporation. Alside manufactured and sold aluminum, steel, and fiberglass products for the home improvement industry. Ward Broussard was an Alside salesman working out of the Atlanta warehouse.
