JAMES R. DOOLEY, Bankruptcy Judge.

The issue here presented is whether the failure of plaintiff to file his complaint to determine dischargeability within the time fixed by the court was the result of excusable neglect within the meaning of Bankruptcy Rule 906(b)(2). I hold that it was not for the reasons which follow.
