After the suspension of the imposition of the sentences on two separate charges of illegal sale of narcotics, defendant was placed on probation on each charge. During the probationary period the probations were revoked and he was sentenced to two concurrent 10-year terms. Defendant appealed the revocations to the Court of Appeals, which affirmed the circuit court's decision. 37 Or.App. 511, 588 P.2d 688...
