These consolidated appeals center around a dispute between Leonard G. Ginter and the Internal Revenue Service. Ginter contended that the Federal Reserve System was unconstitutional, and that he owed no income taxes because he did not receive any income redeemable in gold or silver. Ginter, along with a group of five other tax protestors, Cleo Denison, Obie Weaver, Gary Sandusky, Danny Whitmore and Bernard Hinderman, filed a complaint in the district court...
