The appellant, the Atchison, Topeka, and Santa Fe Railway Company (Santa Fe), appeals to this court from the district court's judgment against it in the amount of $108,895.42 on the claim of the appellee, Chicago and North Western Transportation Company (C&NW). Santa Fe also appeals from the district court's dismissal of its counterclaim against C&NW. We hold that C&NW's claim was barred by the statute of limitations...
