Marjorie L. Stawls appeals from the district court's affirmance of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare's denial of disability benefits under the Social Security Act. She claims to be disabled within the meaning of 42 U.S.C. § 423(d) due to schizophrenia. The Secretary does not contend that Mrs. Stawls is not presently suffering from a mental disorder; in fact, that is conceded. Rather, the Secretary maintains that plaintiff...
