This suit arises out of a dispute concerning the sale of residential realty in the Village of Bellwood, a Chicago suburb. The village, joined by a civic organization and six individuals who acted as testers of practices in real estate offices, allege that prior to September 15, 1975, and to the date of plaintiffs' complaint, in violation of the Fair Housing Act of 1968, a real estate brokerage, its owner, and two salespersons...
