OPINION

SUTIN, Judge.

Workmen's compensation benefits were denied plaintiff and he appeals. We reverse.

The trial court made extensive findings. Reduced in length, the findings may first be partially summarized as follows:

Plaintiff, now 30 years of age with the equivalent of a high school education, plus some college level training and experience in welding, suffered a fractured ischium (a bone on which you sit) and a lumbosacral sprain...
