Freeman under the Federal Employers' Liability Act, 45 U.S.C. § 51 et seq. [FELA]. The Employer does not appeal the sufficiency of the evidence upon which the jury found liability and awarded $26,190.80 in damages; rather, it appeals the district court's refusal to direct a verdict or grant...
