Appellants, Dale David Bruneau and Jeffrey Charles Kohner, appeal from their convictions of conspiracy to import marijuana into the United States in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 952(a) and 963. Appellant Bruneau also appeals his conviction of importing marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 952(a).
