Woodrow Gordon Champion was charged in a two-count indictment, to which no demurrer was interposed, with indecent molestation or attempt to take indecent liberties with the prosecutrix, a female child under sixteen years of age. Appellant entered a plea of not guilty, and trial was entered upon with a verdict being returned by the jury finding the appellant guilty as charged in the indictment.
