This is a redhibition suit to rescind the sale of a new 1976 Chevrolet Corvette and to recover the purchase price, interest and attorney's fees. The trial court rescinded the sale and granted judgment in favor of plaintiff, David D. Cangelosi, against the defendants, McInnis Peterson Chevrolet, Inc.
