The four plaintiffs, F. R. Vance, Michael Goodwin, Gare Brousseau, and Paul Rodrique, brought this action seeking to enjoin defendant Willard Speakman, their landlord, and his agents, including defendant Robert Nielsen, Jr., from evicting them from their apartment.
