SMITH, Judge.

Following a trial to a jury, defendant, William Nelson Myers, Jr., was convicted of theft of property valued at more than $200 and of conspiracy. Defendant appeals, and we affirm.

The evidence reveals that on November 4, 1976, a social security check drawn in favor of the victim, Jacqueline Walker, was given to defendant Myers. The individuals who gave the check to Myers told him they had tried to cash it and that if Myers was successful in doing...
