BUTTLER, Judge.

Defendant was found in direct contempt of court during a trial on a traffic citation in the City of Klamath Falls municipal court. He was summarily ordered incarcerated in the Klamath County jail until 4:00 p.m. of the day in question, and at that time he was returned to court where the trial judge read to him the findings and contempt order on which the summary contempt was based, and imposed a $150 fine1
