WEISBERGER, Justice.

This is an appeal by the defendant, George Peloso, Sr., from an order of the Superior Court which granted the plaintiff bank's motion for summary judgment in the total amount of $10,200 plus interest and costs in a civil action on a promissory note. The sole issue on appeal is whether the trial justice erred in granting the bank's motion for summary judgiiient.
