Amber Tatro is a 3½ year old female suffering from myelomenengocele, commonly referred to as spina bifida. As a result of this handicap, Amber not only suffers from orthopedic and speech impediments, but also from what is called a neurogenic bladder. Because of the neurogenic bladder condition, she must be "catheterized" approximately every three or four hours each day, the method of choice...
