LEMMON, Judge.

This is a suit by an employee against his former employer for a stock bonus allegedly due under the employment contract. After trial on the merits the trial court rendered a money judgment which awarded plaintiff the value of the stock at the time specified in the contract for payment of the bonus. Defendant has appealed.

The primary issue is the intention of the parties as to the contract terms relating to the award of the bonus.
