MARVIN, Judge.

The plaintiff employer appeals from a judgment affirming the defendant agency's ruling that plaintiff's employees who once were participants in a labor dispute (a strike) were entitled to unemployment compensation benefits after they unconditionally offered to return to work when the labor dispute was no longer in active progress. R.S. 23:1601. We affirm.
