This is a civil action in which the plaintiff, land owners of property adjacent to the Moorland Road, are seeking declaratory relief and an injunction enjoining the defendants from proceeding with widening of the Moorland Road in a 4.33 mile section wholly within the city of New Berlin, Wisconsin.
