This appeal concerns an untoward turn on the St. John's River at which we turn to the problem of causation. We must decide whether the United States may be held liable for a ship-to-pier collision merely because the Government failed to keep a certain buoy on its charted position, even when there is virtually no evidence that the navigator relied on the charted position in making his turn. We relieve the Government of all responsibility...
