The appeal by plaintiffs in this automobile accident case questions the jury verdict as to (1) the finding that plaintiff-driver Nancy Roy was concurrently negligent with defendant-driver James Schneider in causing the collision and (2) the adequacy of the award to plaintiff-passenger Alfrieda Tardieff.
