MATTHEWS, Justice.

Michael Carman was convicted of armed robbery. He was also convicted of first degree murder on two theories: an intentional killing with malice and a killing in the course of a felony. He made a motion for a new trial based on two grounds: newly discovered evidence and failure of the prosecution to disclose evidence pertaining to the credibility and bias of prosecution witnesses.
