Charlene Long and her husband, Don, brought a negligence action against Ponca City Hospital, Inc. The negligence action grew out of the improper placement of a catheter while Ms. Long was in the hospital. Ms. Long was admitted to Ponca City Hospital for surgery, including a hysterectomy, and a Marshall-Marchetti-Krantz procedure.
