BUSSEY, Judge:

Appellant, James Robert Harris, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged with the offense of Driving While Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor, in violation of 37 Tulsa, Okla., Rev. Ordinance, ch. 6, § 275, ¶ A. The jury returned a verdict of guilty with punishment fixed at twenty (20) days in the City jail and a fine of Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars. From that judgment...
