This is an appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court awarding the plaintiff, Fram Corporation, $3,505.50 in a civil action arising out of a dispute over the cancellation by the plaintiff of a contract to hire a schooner named "Bill of Rights" (the schooner) owned by the defendant, Inter-Island Vessel Company, Inc.1
