Plaintiff, Joseph I. Giarrusso, Sr., has appealed a judgment dismissing his suit against Giarrusso Security Service, Inc. (GSS), Guardsmark, Inc. (Guardsmark), and Honeywell, Inc., doing business as Honeywell Protective Services (Honeywell).
