(Alkar-DEC), has moved for summary judgment dismissing the plaintiff's complaint, as currently amended, and the cross-claim of the defendant Bonewitz Chemical Services, Inc. (Bonewitz), pursuant to Rule 56, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, insofar as those parties assert claims against Alkar-DEC.
