This is an unemployment compensation case. Claimant received benefits from January 13, 1978, until May 19, 1978, when he obtained a full-time job at Denver Community College. From April 1, 1978, to May 19, 1978, claimant was employed as a licensed real estate salesman on a straight commission basis. However, during this time claimant made no sales and earned no income.
