The petitioners brought this original proceeding, pursuant to C.A.R. 21(a), seeking relief in the nature of prohibition against respondent District Court, in and for Water Division No. 1, and the Honorable Donald A. Carpenter. We issued a rule to show cause on October 19, 1978. We now discharge that rule.
