This suit was brought to have the award of a lease following a competitive bidding procedure declared null and void and to enjoin the execution of the lease. Plaintiffs are Pelican Aviation Corporation and eight residents and taxpayers of Iberia Parish. Defendant is the Airport Authority for the Parish of Iberia.
