Following a jury trial defendant Bernie Maes was convicted of theft. He appeals and we affirm.

At approximately 4:00 a. m. on March 11, 1978, a gun shop in Windsor, Colorado, was burglarized and a number of weapons were stolen. Some three hours later Maes and Andres Alvarado were arrested near Castle Rock, Colorado.
