This is an appeal by appellant-defendant from conviction, judgment and sentence wherein he was found guilty of knowingly taking immodest, immoral and indecent liberties with a child in violation of § 14-2-112, W.S. 1977 (recodified to § 14-3-105, W.S. 1977), and was sentenced to one to four years imprisonment.
