This case has been remanded by the Supreme Court1 for further proceedings as a result of the granting of writs2 wherein the ruling of this court (that a state court lacked jurisdiction to decide the ownership of motor carrier operating certificates and permits issued by the Interstate Commerce Commission) was reversed.
