The United States Postal Service has moved for dissolution of the preliminary injunction entered against it in this action on February 28, 1979. Because we find that the motion does not satisfy the prerequisite for relief under Fed.R.Civ.P. 62(c) and because the Postal Service's timely appeal from that injunction has divested this court of jurisdiction to relief...
