In her third amended complaint plaintiff, administratrix of one Joseph Chlebda, sought damages for Chlebda's conscious suffering and wrongful death, allegedly as a result of the negligent design of a forklift, or sideloader manufactured by defendant Raymond Corporation, against defendant appellee H.
